Introducing our 2025 Women’s Luncheon Speakers…

Mariane Power is a Clinical Psychologist and Inclusive Workplace and Neurodiversity Specialist, dedicated to advancing systemic transformation that improves the personal and professional lives of neurodivergent individuals
Her evidence-based approach goes beyond compliance with psychosocial safety legislation, empowering individuals and companies to cultivate truly neuroinclusive environments and cultures, unlocking the full potential of diverse teams.

Gemma Pol is a Wiradyuri, Ngemba and Paakantji woman from a small coastal town on Worimi Country. She is the CEO of Common Ground First Nations, a 100% First Nations-led and operated not-for-profit driving systems change through storytelling. She is also a director at Firesticks, contributing to Indigenous-led cultural fire management and self-determined communities that drive their own cultural burning practices.
With a background in strategic communications, governance and social impact storytelling, Gemma is passionate about truth-telling, movement-building, and creating safe spaces for First Nations people to share their stories on their own terms. She believes storytelling is a powerful tool for shifting narratives, strengthening communities and driving systemic change that protects both people and Country.

Alicia Payne is a dedicated mum and local business owner with her own connection to RMHC Northern NSW – offering inspiring insight on balancing a seriously ill child and small business.
When her son, Bronson, was diagnosed with Leukemia, Alicia and family relied on our Ronald McDonald House in Newcastle to keep them together while Bronson sought vital medical treatment. The family have also enjoyed a stay at our Family Retreat in Forster – taking the time to reconnect after Bronson’s hospital stays.

Chloe is a rising country pop musician from the Mid North Coast of Australia, blending her love for pop and country music into a fresh and captivating sound. Drawing inspiration from icons like Olivia Rodrigo and Taylor Swift, Chloe has been honing her craft as both a vocalist and guitarist over the past few years, building a style that is uniquely her own. Known for her sweet, catchy melodies and heartfelt lyrics, she’s quickly winning over listeners with her undeniable talent.
