Your gift will help provide essential services, including accommodation, educational programs, and emotional support to families with a seriously ill or injured child.  

Your gift can be as individual as you are, and we want to honour you and your intentions in an appropriate way.

We urge you to contact Donna, Head of Marketing & Fundraising, to discuss your intentions before making a gift that is restricted to a specific use. Donna can support you, and your solicitor, in creating a gift that RMHC NNSW can use in the way you intend.

While gifts in Wills are generally exempt from inheritance tax, we recommend consulting with your legal or financial advisor for specific tax advice.

You are not obligated to inform us of your decision, but we encourage you to do so. We want to make sure we have a full understanding of your wishes, so when the time comes to activate your gift, the RMHC NNSW staff at the time will have all the information they need to see your gift used to its full potential.
