If you or your client intend to leave a Bequest to RMHC Northern NSW, the correct legal name to use is Red Gum House Ltd, operating as Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern NSW, Ronald McDonald House Newcastle and Ronald McDonald House Tamworth (collectively “RMHC NNSW”).

Our ABN is 87 096 739 234 and our registered office address is PO Box 268 New Lambton NSW 2305.

The charity is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits commission (ACNC). We also have Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. When taking instructions from your client about their charitable intentions, please consider the tax implications for the estate and the tax benefits of transferring assets from an estate to a charity with DGR status.

While gifts in Wills are generally exempt from inheritance tax, we recommend consulting with your legal or financial advisor for specific tax advice.

You are not obligated to inform us of your decision, but we encourage you to do so. We want to make sure we have a full understanding of your wishes, so when the time comes to activate your gift, the RMHC NNSW staff at the time will have all the information they need to see your gift used to its full potential.
